Introduction Department of OBGYN

Department of OBGYN has been providing excellent care to women of South Punjab since 2010 . Our department has 2 associate professors, 13 consultants, 22 residents and 8 house officers.
It provides a range of medical facilities including 24hrs emergency, outdoor, indoor facilities. All kinds of OBGYN surgeries including minimal invasive surgeries and CVS for Thalassemia prevention.
The subject of OBGYN is taught to medical students from 4th year on wards, including lectures, clinical rotation and tutorials.
It also houses a skill lab, library and kangaroo mother care center.
